Program I.G.N.I.T.E. is a dynamic, leadership, and personal growth curriculum, designed to develop & amplify the potential of tomorrow’s burgeoning leaders!

Each student’s personal roadmap to becoming an effective leader can take many paths and involve both accomplishment and obstacles. Particularly during their college years, students can experiment with their own leadership styles while gaining valuable experience with what might work for their personality. Program I.G.N.I.T.E. taps into their self-awareness, intentionality, empathy, & accountability.

Program I.G.N.I.T.E. provides an evolutionary experience that allows participants to reflect, learn, and apply components of leadership development as individuals, in teams, and for their organizations.

Program I.G.N.I.T.E. will help the students gain leadership skills that are transferable to the next stages in their academic, professional, and social lives. Future employers seek candidates who have the potential to lead projects, divisions, other employees, and eventually the company, school, or organization. Students don’t need to wait until they have graduated to build and hone the leadership capabilities that will make them successful.
